Permanent Marking Process Options
All text, patterns, serial numbers and information on the stainless steel tag use professional permanent marking processes, which can never be erased by conventional wiping, friction or environmental erosion.
Deep Laser Engraving: The laser carves a clear recessed groove with a controllable depth of 0.05mm to 0.5mm on the tag surface. The lines have a distinct three-dimensional touch, and the marked content can remain completely intact even after thousands of times of scraping, collision and cleaning. It is the most widely used process for industrial equipment identification and outdoor long-term use scenarios.
Laser Annealing Black Marking: The laser does not remove any surface material, but forms a high-contrast deep black oxide layer through precise local heating. The surface remains completely flat and smooth without any raised or recessed feel, and will not damage the original corrosion resistance and anti-fingerprint performance of the stainless steel. It is very suitable for high-end personalized scenes such as pet ID tags and gift nameplates.
Photo Etching Process: Through professional chemical corrosion, the pattern and text are etched into the tag body, and the etched groove can also be filled with color enamel or paint. The color is bright and lasting, the line precision can reach 0.02mm, and it can perfectly restore extremely delicate patterns, logos and complex characters.
High-Precision Printing + Protective Covering: For full-color gradient patterns and photo-level content, we use high-temperature resistant industrial ink printing, and then cover a layer of transparent epoxy resin glue on the surface. The pattern is protected from abrasion, and the surface presents a crystal clear highlight effect, which is often used for commemorative tags and creative decorative tags.
