Full Process Standardized Production
The entire production process of printed stainless steel tags strictly follows the industrial quality control system to ensure that the color of each batch of products is consistent and the performance is stable.
Base Material Preprocessing: Cut the whole stainless steel coil into the required size, then remove all surface oil stains, oxide layers and scratches through ultrasonic cleaning, electrolytic polishing and other processes, to ensure that the ink can form the strongest adhesion with the metal.
Color Calibration and Printing: Import the designed file into the professional printing equipment, perform color calibration through the industrial color spectrometer to ensure that the color difference between the printed finished product and the original design is controlled within ΔE ≤ 2, and then complete the sublimation transfer or UV curing printing.
High Temperature Curing and Quality Inspection: The printed semi-finished product is sent to a 200°C constant temperature oven for 30 minutes of deep curing, so that the ink molecules are fully fused and stabilized. Then 100% visual inspection is carried out to eliminate defective products with blurred patterns, color cast and ink spots.
Post-Processing and Protective Treatment: According to the demand, complete processes such as drilling holes, rounding edges, pasting back adhesive, and attaching epoxy resin protective layer. Finally, the finished product is subjected to a 3M tape scratch test and a 24-hour salt spray test to ensure that the product meets the standard before leaving the factory.
